Yes, legit seller! The doll has been amazing, and much more realistic than I thought it would be when ordering it, so zero complaints there. But the storage bag for the doll arrived with a long rip. I reached out to the seller via email and hopefully get something figured out. They responded almost immediately, even though it was 11pm. After explaining everything and sending the pictures that she wanted, she let me know that they would send me another storage bag for free! I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service at the team. I would highly recommend both the doll and seller as a whole. 🙂
