Yes, the customer service was great and the doll is fantastic! Fast delivery, price performance okay. However, the weight should not be underestimated in any case, perhaps one should save weight on the skeleton by hollow structures or another material. But it also makes the whole thing more realistic. The joints could be a little smoother, but I think this can be improved with use.
